MyVRSite services are offered on a yearly basis. MyVRSite does not offer refunds if members cancel or do not use our services for an entire year. If you sell your vacation rental property or your business, you may also transfer ownership of you MyVRSite account by modifying the information on the "My Account" section in the members-only area of the site here: http://myvrsite.com/login.asp

Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
