Confirming and denying reservations only takes a few clicks of the mouse with My Vacation Rental site.

Whenever a prospective guest requests a reservation, you'll receive e-mail notification of the request. Just log in to your My VR Site account and indicate whether you'll accept or deny the reservation. Your guest will be notified immediately about the reservation.

When you confirm a reservation, renters receive the contact information you've provided and your rules and recommendations. Even add a note for the guest if desired.

Guests can pay in a wide variety of ways. Accept checks, take credit card payments and process them at your location, or use PayPal to accept credit cards. We'll even set up a real-time online credit card processing and payment solution for your site if you want.

When guests pay with a credit card through PayPal you'll receive notification that payment has been sent. Login to your PayPal account to verify payment and transfer funds directly to YOUR bank account. Then confirm the reservation at My VR Site and your guest will be notified that the booking has been confirmed.

Your PayPal™ account is free to setup, has no monthly fees, and very competitive processing fees. Automatic reminders are sent to future guests if they have a balance due with a convenient "pay now" link.

If your guest has chosen to pay by check, they'll be instructed where to send the check. When you receive it, log in to your My VR Site account and mark the payment as received. Your guest will receive a confirmation e-mail with check-in instructions.
