Next, describe your vacation property or properties. You'll be able to explain what amenities you offer, like a hot tub or private pool, and the area nearby. You'll also enter rates and up to twelve photos of each property. The My VR Site rates system is flexible enough to let you divide the year into segments and to charge nightly, weekly, and/or monthly rates for each segment. Charge for rentals in up to seventeen currencies, including dollars, euros, yen, pounds and more!

Your Rules and Recommendations
You'll also enter your rules and special recommendations for guests. Indicate whether pets are allowed and, if so, what your rules are, explain when guests can check in and when they must check out, and what your cancellation policy is.

Setting up the availability calendar for each vacation rental property is a snap. Just mark which dates are not available and you're ready to go.

Choose Your Options
Then you'll choose the options that suit your needs. You can sell items to guests, like groceries, in an online store, get e-mail service with your Web site, and host your site at MyVRSite.com or your own domain.
