The responsible/contact person in rental party (tenant group) must be over 25 yrs old.
We have installed Avalon's free-standing, gas-log stove, the Eden, with 3-sided glass to view the flames and to create a romantic winter setting. The stove will be operational from October 15th to April 15th.
